A Solid Structure
The backbone of the project

Morgane
Morgane has been Frédéric’s partner for 10 years (as of May 2026). To celebrate this decade together, they will cross the GR20 in June in just 5 days — a shared challenge that reflects their journey shaped by commitment, effort and adventure.
Together, they have explored the four corners of the world through adventure, humanitarian and sporting travels. In 2018, they adopted a small Samoyed named Luna, who has become a loyal and radiant presence, accompanying them whenever possible on their journeys.
An athlete in her own right, a coach, and passionate about trail running and Hyrox, Morgane also pursues her own challenges with dedication and determination.
By Frédéric’s side since 2016, they have taken on many challenges together. When projects grow in scale and intensity, she stands beside him in support — notably during 100 km races and now as part of the “Steps for Peace 2026” project.
On a daily basis, she supports Frédéric in the organisation, logistics and preparation of this 4,200 km solidarity crossing from Monaco to Ukraine. Her quiet and constant commitment plays a key role in Frédéric’s athletic progression and in the overall success of the project.
Sports Performance & Coaching

Logistics & Field Support
The field team plays a key role in the project and provides daily support to Frédéric throughout the entire route:
Support, Mobile Base & Operations
Continuous support is provided via a camper van serving as a logistical base, means of transportation, and living space throughout the entire project. This setup helps limit costs and reduce environmental impact, notably by avoiding the use of multiple vehicles and hotel accommodations.
The team also manages the camper van’s essential daily resources (fuel, gas, water), ensuring autonomy and the smooth continuity of the project.
Fueling & Equipment Management
Supplies for the second part of the day are prepared during the midday break to ensure effort continuity, with anticipation and provision of equipment adapted to the conditions encountered—particularly in the event of rain or rapidly changing weather.
Meal Preparation
The team is fully autonomous in meal preparation and sets aside a portion tailored to Frédéric’s needs. Lunch remains simple, functional, and substantial, while the evening meal is more structured and freshly prepared.
Real-Time Safety Monitoring
Live and secure tracking of Frédéric’s progress along the route, ensuring his safety and effective team coordination.
Occasional On-Course Support
When Frédéric is unable to reach the camper van, a member of the logistics team intervenes directly on the route to provide supplies and clothing, with the possibility of spending the night in a mountain refuge if necessary—particularly during the Via Alpina section.
Daily Meeting Points
Travel to the planned midday and overnight meeting points whenever possible, depending on how the stage unfolds.
A huge thank you to the field team for believing in the project as strongly as I do, long before the start—for their commitment and patience… and thank you in advance for all the thanks that fatigue will no doubt make me forget to say during the crossing.
Logistics & Field Support
PHASE 1: Via Alpina

Corentin, friend and physiotherapist
Present on the field during the first three weeks, Corentin, a physiotherapist, oversees injury prevention and daily recovery, working as close as possible to the demands of the route.

Hélène, Frédéric’s mother
Affected by an autoimmune disease that attacks her nerves, Hélène nevertheless keeps an energy and a smile that inspire admiration. As Frédéric’s mother, she shares with him a deep love for nature, animals and adventure. As part of the project, she will help take care of everyday minor injuries and will also look after Luna during the crossing of the Alps.
Morgane, Frédéric’s partner
Present since the very first stages of preparation, Morgane is a pillar of the project. She has supported Frédéric in his daily life for more than 10 years and actively contributes to the organization, logistics, and smooth running of this run across Europe.
PHASE 2: Eastern Europe

Florian, friend and ultra-trail runner
Florian shares a passion for long efforts and ultra-endurance. A fan of pace charts combined with heart rate data, he brings a precise and like-minded perspective, fully aligned with the spirit of the project.

Hélène, Frédéric’s mother
Always present with her energy and her smile, Hélène continues the adventure during the second part of the project. She will keep taking care of everyday minor injuries and bringing her kind and supportive presence to the team.
