Monaco – France – Italy – Switzerland – Liechtenstein – Austria – Germany – Slovenia – Croatia – Hungary – Slovakia – Czech Republic – Poland – Ukraine
Switzerland will be crossed in its entirety, from west to east, via the Via Alpina
400 km across the cantons of Valais, Vaud, Bern, Nidwalden, Obwalden,
Uri, Glarus and St-Gallen
SCHEDULE
Planned departure: late July 2026, from Monaco.
Symbolic arrival: September 21, 2026 — International Day of Peace.
A 50 to 60-day crossing, marked by encounters and moments of remembrance.
The detailed stages and schedule will be specified closer to departure.

FOLLOW THE CROSSING
During the crossing, the project will be followed and shared through several complementary channels.
• Instagram: visual stories and key moments of the project shared via stories
• WhatsApp: updates shared with supporters and contributors
• Facebook: mobilizing running communities and organizing local meet-ups along the route
Real-time GPS tracking will allow the progress of the route to be visualized.
