Marathon progression & training volume

A progression built on consistency and gradual increases in volume, with constant attention to injury prevention.

Tableau EN.png

These volumes include approximately 50,000 m of elevation gain in 2025, reflecting a varied training approach combining road and mixed terrain.
All of this was achieved alongside a full-time professional activity.

  100 km (road)

  • Swiss champion 2023 — 7:14 (first participation)

  • Swiss vice-champion 2024 — 7:10 (course extended to 104 km)

  • Conero 2025 (Italy) — 80 km in 5:17 — medical DNF

Ultra-endurance & long distances

Muscular and respiratory inflammation. Pace equivalent to a reference time of ~6:40 over 100 km.

  Intermediate formats

  • Wings for Life World Run Switzerland 2023 — 54 km — 1st Swiss, 2nd overall

  • Run to Aid 2023 — 120 km covered over 24 h (forest, challenging conditions)
Charity race, three-person relay, integrated into 100 km preparation
